INAUGURATION OF TWO ADDITIONAL CLASS ROOMS FOR GOVT MIDDLE SCHOOL AT VILLAGE- NAVAPACHCHI

NAVAPACHCHI : As part of civic activities undertaken by Army under Operation Sadhbhavana General Officer Commanding of Counter Insurgency Force, Delta inaugurated “Two additional class rooms for Govt Middle School, Navapachchi” on 03 Apr 2012.   

This project in Marwah Region was undertaken by Rashtriya Rifles with a aim to provide basic infrastructure at Govt Middle School of this remote area so that students are not devoid of opportunities for education.  Army dedicated this project to its brave soldier Late Sepoy Manzoor Ahmed Malik who hailed from the same region and attained martyrdom during Counter Insurgency Operations on 29 Oct 2010.

While addressing the students, the GOC emphasized on the importance of education in progress of Marwah Region as well as the Nation as a whole.  The GOC felicitated father of late Sep Manzoor Ahmed Malik and said that the Army is proud of his brave son.  Later the GOC also distributed note books and writing material to all students.  

The people were very enthusiastic, happy and thankful to see the dedicated efforts of Rashtriya Rifles Battalion and Civil Administration who have always cared for the local people. The Inaugural Ceremony was attended by a large number of villagers from adjoining areas including Civil Administration and Police officials.
