ARMY ORGANISES MEDICAL CAMP AT ANGRALA

ANGRALA: In order to meet the genuine medical requirement of the people belonging to the remote areas of Angrala, a Medical Camp was organized by Rashtriya Rifle Battalion at Angrala under aegis of Headquarter Counter Insurgency Force (Uniform) under Operation Sadbhavna in the village of Angrala on 02 Feb 2012. 
 
Locals generally have to travel long distances on foot to Angrala to receive elementary medical aid.  People belonging to the remote areas of Angrala attended the camp.  
 
The Inauguration ceremony was attended by a number of civil dignitaries. More than 300 people of the area turned up for treatment.  Army and civil doctors attended to the patients. Free medicines were also given to the patients.
         
The medical camp which was a part of ‘Operation Sadbhavna’ was received with an overwhelming response by the local populace. Mohd Raffiq of Angralla stated that this was a great initiative taken by the Army and has benefitted the people of the area immensely.
