The specialist doctors including Surgeon, Gynaecologist and Dentists from Army and civil administration provided free assistance, advice and medical treatment to the ill persons.  A total of 235 men 385 women and 180 children from villages around Balnoi & Sheep Farm were treated during the camp.

The camp was well received by the people and there was an overwhelming response from the local population residing in the area.  The successful conduct of the medical camp in this remote area is yet another demonstration of Army’s contribution towards providing basic amenities to the population in the order to improve their health and living conditions near remote, border areas.
