ARMY IMPROVES INFRASTRUCTURE FOR 900 STUDENTS

NAUSHERA:  In an initiative to improve infrastructure of local schools in remote border areas of Rajouri District ‘ Tithwal Brigade’ distributed benches, black boards, almirahs, tables and chairs to  nine schools at Bagla, Nadiala, Richwa, Kalakot, Thandi Kasi, Kotli, Duranigalla, Andrut and Naogiran. 
The distribution ceremonies were conducted at Nadiala, Duranigalla and Andrut over a period of four days.  More than 900 children have benefited from this initiative of ‘Tithwal Brigade’. 
“This will greatly improve the school infrastructure and motivate our children to achieve greater excellence in studies”, said Mr. Sahibdin, Head master of Govt High School School, Andrut. 

Mr.Zaman, Sarpanch of vill Andrut, speaking on behalf of parents and other dignitaries lauded the efforts of the Army in improving the infrastructure of schools in remote areas.

Speaking at a vibrant ceremony in Govt High School, Andrut, Brig Rajeev Sirohi, Commander Tithwal Brigade urged the children to enchance their quest for excellence in knowledge and aspire to compete with the best.
